“ Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti deliziosi dai gusti ricercati e presentazione estremamente curata. Abbiamo anche apprezzato l'attenzione dello staff, che si premurava di chiederci se i piatti erano di nostro gradimento. Per i vegetariani, consiglio la cacio e pepe rivisitata. L'altra opzione sarebbero dei ravioli ripieni con una salsa particolare. Ampia scelta di dolci freschi di tradizione siciliana, anche se personalmente aggiungerei anche i classici parfait e tiramisù. Unico problema,che speriamo venga risolto al più presto e sia temporaneo, è il soffitto da cui-se piove- passa l'acqua in certi punti. Comunque super soddisfatti, torneremo e lo raccomanderemo a tutti! ”
“ Per un malinteso telefonico tra apericena e aperitivo poco ci voleva e la serata sarebbe andata storta,ma grazie allo schef alla fine ci siamo alzati più che soddisfatti. Apericena con portate preparate con maestria,sapori delicati e gustosissimi,ottimo lo spritz . Il locale piccolino molto pulito e accogliente a due passi dalla piazza dove si ammira la Real Casina di caccia. Sicuramente da ritornare. ”
“ Sono andata a pranzare in questo ristorante, per la prima volta, e devo dire di essere rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Dall'esterno sembra un luogo sobrio e poco appariscente, ma i piatti proposti lasciano il segno. Ho preso un primo che era fuori menù, ed era un'esplosione di sapori, si vede che c'è ricercatezza nei piatti e devo dire che riescono benissimo nel loro intento. Ho anche assaggiato la carne presa dalla persona con cui sono stata lì a pranzare ed era di ottimissima qualità, la cottura impeccabile. Per non parlare dell'antipasto, dei cardoncelli arrostiti, davvero buonissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente, il rapporto qualità-prezzo, secondo me corretto, data la ricercatezza dei piatti, con annessa ottima riuscita. Il servizio super attento, cordiale, premuroso davvero tutto perfetto. Tornerò con piacere, mi ha lasciato un ricordo meraviglioso. ”
